Quite often the first person you see when you come in during the week, Chris enjoys the variety of daily tasks and interaction with members of Holt United Methodist Church and the Holt community. As she says, “No two days are ever the same!” Chris is the voice on the phone, the face behind the counter, the person responsible for the weekly bulletins and monthly newsletter, and has even been known to do maintenance and computer trouble-shooting. Her leisure time is most often spent with her four children. Recreational activities range from sewing, writing, reading and needle arts to cooking, baking and decorative painting. Chris has been part of the church’s ministry since June 2006, following a career in printing and publishing, and part-time church secretarial work, in her hometown of Jackson.
